About RolePocket and these terms

RolePocket is a ByNeo! service, operated from Ireland. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jordi Molina providing the RolePocket service. Contact us about support, subscriptions or complaints at support@rolepocket.com.

These terms cover your use of the RolePocket service. Purchases are made through Creem, whose Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase. Creem acts as the reseller and merchant of record. We provide RolePocket and handle service support and refund requests; Creem processes transaction refunds. Your checkout and receipt identify the seller for your transaction. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Who can use RolePocket

RolePocket is for individual job seekers aged 18 or older, using it for their own job search. Access is available only in the supported countries identified before sign-up. You need a Google account, an internet connection and a supported web browser. Use your own account and keep it secure.

What your subscription includes

Both plans include the same RolePocket features: a private workspace for saved opportunities, notes, application progress, attached documents, dated activities and reports. The first-release offer includes job capture through the RolePocket extension for desktop Chrome, and connections to ChatGPT and Claude Cowork. These connections require the relevant third-party account and configuration. Any separate third-party subscription or charges are outside your RolePocket subscription. Check the setup instructions and compatibility information before buying.

AI helps extract posting details. Check its output against the original source before using it. You choose which jobs to pursue and submit applications through the employer's process. RolePocket does not promise employment, interviews or an employer response. This explanation does not remove our obligations to provide the service as described.

Price, payment and renewal

Your subscription price, currency and billing interval are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you confirm your purchase. The total includes applicable taxes. There is no free trial. Your purchase confirmation records the agreed price and billing interval. If checkout differs from the advertised offer, please contact support@rolepocket.com before buying.

Your subscription begins when payment is confirmed. It renews automatically at the chosen interval until you cancel. Billing shows your current subscription and paid access end date. We will not change the price for a period you have already paid for. Any proposed future price or material service change will be explained in advance, with the choices and cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Stop automatic renewal

Open Billing in RolePocket, choose Manage billing, then use the subscription cancellation option in the Creem customer portal before your next renewal. If you cannot use the portal, email support@rolepocket.com with your account email and subscription or order reference. You do not need to provide a reason to stop renewal.

Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your paid period. Workspace access continues until then and ends at expiry. Stopping renewal does not by itself create a refund for the current period. Your statutory cancellation and remedy rights, and any approved goodwill refund, are separate and are described below. A statutory withdrawal or termination can end access earlier.

Statutory cancellation and service problems

If you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, you can tell us within the applicable cancellation period without giving a reason. For an eligible EU distance purchase, this is normally 14 days from agreeing the contract. Send a clear cancellation statement to support@rolepocket.com. You may use our cancellation form, but you do not have to. A request made within the deadline is not delayed by our review time.

Starting to use an ongoing digital service does not, by itself, remove that right. We ask for your express request to start the service immediately. For an eligible statutory withdrawal, we refund the full amount paid without a deduction for time used. The refund will be processed within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days after notification of statutory withdrawal, using the original payment method and without a refund fee.

If RolePocket is not supplied as agreed, contact us with details so we can address the problem. Depending on the circumstances, consumer law may give you a right to have the service put right, receive a price reduction or end the contract and receive a refund. These remedies do not depend on discretionary goodwill approval.

Goodwill refunds and complaints

You can request a goodwill refund at support@rolepocket.com. Include your account email, order or subscription reference if available, and a brief explanation. Please do not send card details or passwords. We review these requests case by case. A goodwill refund is not guaranteed. This policy is additional to statutory and provider rights.

We will explain the outcome and, if a refund is approved, its amount and effect on your subscription and remaining access. Creem processes the transaction refund. A refund and stopping renewal are separate actions, so we will confirm both where applicable.

For a complaint, contact the same address. If it remains unresolved, you can ask Creem for help through its customer portal or contact page. You retain any applicable rights to seek help from a consumer authority, dispute-resolution body, court or payment provider. Contacting us does not require you to waive those rights. During review, access continues within the normal paid period; review does not extend that period.

Your information and account

You retain your rights in information and documents you add. You permit us to process them to provide RolePocket as explained in the privacy notice. Use the service lawfully and only upload or capture information you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person's workspace, compromise security or disrupt the service.

You can ask for your data or raise a privacy request at support@rolepocket.com free of charge, including after paid access ends. Account deletion is available from account settings. Cancel any recurring subscription and verify cancellation before deleting the account; account deletion alone must not be treated as proof that provider billing has stopped.

We review inactive accounts monthly. Before deleting an account for inactivity, we send an email notice and provide an opportunity to request an export. Deletion takes place no earlier than both 12 months without an active subscription and 30 days after the notice. Active billing, resubscription, unresolved rights or export requests, and failed notices pause deletion for review. Billing, legally required and provider-held records follow the separate retention periods explained in our privacy notice.

Service changes, security and consumer protections

We will provide the service and required updates in accordance with applicable consumer law. If we need to restrict access for a security problem or unlawful use, we will explain the reason and how to contact us where lawful and practicable. We will address the effect on a paid subscription and preserve any applicable remedies. We do not suspend normal paid-period access merely because a refund or billing complaint is under review.

Material changes will be communicated as required by law. We will not use a terms update to remove rights for an existing paid period. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For the RolePocket service, Irish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing requires you to use an exclusive Irish or Estonian court where applicable consumer law gives you another venue. Creem's purchase terms address its separate role.
